Period of ICAR IARI Technician Training
Following a successful test for the ICAR IARI Assistant, applicants would have to undergo a full year of training. During this time, the applicants will be called Technical Trainees. The technical trainees have access to all institutional resources, including the library, cafeteria, transportation, and dispensary. Upon the applicants’ successful completion of the training programme, regular employment will be offered. The training duration may be extended under certain circumstances, but only for a maximum of six months. It should be mentioned that technical trainees will get a stipend in accordance with the guidelines, but they will not be permitted to take any leaves of absence during this time.
